The Iranian American Jewish Federation (IAJF) of Los Angeles was created to provide security and a new life for Iranian refugees fleeing from war and persecution after the 1979 revolution. It has been running since 1981. The IAJF partners with community and political leaders to help adopt a new home in the USA while also protecting the rights of the community and other religious minorities that have been, and remain, under a constant threat of persecution.
